Shipping policy

Transparent B2B logistics. We dispatch urgent process components rapidly, but require strict adherence to our commercial freight intake protocols.

1. Order Processing & Cancellations

We process orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your facility. If an order is cancelled before the component has physically left our US warehouse network or OEM partner facility, you will receive a 100% full refund.

However, once an item is loaded onto a carrier's truck and is in transit, the order can no longer be cancelled. It will be treated as a standard return and will be subject to our applicable tiered restocking fee (15% or 25% depending on the item), plus all applicable original and return freight charges.

2. North American Shipping Scope (US & Canada)

To ensure rapid delivery and eliminate downtime, we fulfill orders across the United States and Canada through our domestic warehouse network. For our Canadian buyers, our streamlined logistics guarantee zero border delays or surprise customs friction.

  • Contiguous US (Lower 48): Any "Free Shipping" promotions apply exclusively to standard ground transportation delivering to verified commercial addresses equipped with a loading dock or forklift within the contiguous 48 states.
  • Canada, Alaska, Hawaii & Territories: Facilities located outside the contiguous US are excluded from standard or free shipping promotions. Please contact our support team for a custom LTL freight quote.
  • Limited Access Surcharges: Deliveries to remote areas, construction sites, mines, military bases, or locations requiring specialized liftgate services may incur "Beyond Point" or limited-access surcharges from the freight carrier. We will contact you for approval before charging any additional fees.

3. Delivery Methods: Freight, Parcel & Expedited

  • Freight Shipments (LTL/FTL): The majority of our heavy inventory (including gear reducers, large pneumatic valves, and bulk components) ships via commercial LTL freight on a pallet. Deliveries are dock-to-dock or curbside only. The driver will not move freight inside your plant. You are strictly responsible for unloading the pallet from the back of the semi-truck using a forklift or loading dock.
  • Standard Parcel: Smaller components and accessories generally ship via standard commercial courier (UPS or FedEx Ground). These are typically delivered to your facility's receiving desk without requiring heavy unloading equipment.
  • Urgent / Plant-Down Expediting: For severe break-fix situations, expedited air freight and dedicated hot-shot deliveries can be arranged. Contact our technical support team at 1-833-833-0586 immediately to verify stock and expedited cutoff times.

4. The Industrial "Cosmetic Damage" Clause

Severe-duty process components are painted and treated for corrosion resistance, not automotive aesthetics. Minor paint scratches, scuffs, or abrasions caused by heavy LTL shipping pallets do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the component. Therefore, cosmetic scuffs are not eligible for return, compensation, or warranty claims. We recommend touching up any deep freight scuffs with standard industrial enamel to prevent surface rust.

5. Inspect Before You Sign (FOB Origin)

All shipments are sent FOB Origin / Shipping Point, meaning the risk of loss transfers to the buyer the moment the carrier picks up the freight. While freight damage is rare, it is your strict responsibility to inspect the pallet BEFORE signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading).

  • Visible Damage: If the unit arrives with major visible damage, refuse the shipment or write "DAMAGED" clearly on the driver's paperwork, take photos, and contact orders@gconparts.com immediately. If you sign for the shipment as "Clear," the carrier will legally deny the claim.
  • Concealed Damage: If you discover hidden damage after unpacking an intact pallet, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Claims made after this strict carrier window will be automatically denied by the freight company.

6. Lost Shipments & Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by LTL freight routing, extreme weather, or carrier terminal backlogs. However, if your tracking number has not updated in 5 business days, please contact our support team immediately. We will initiate a forensic dock search with the carrier on your behalf. If the carrier officially declares the shipment lost, we will expedite a replacement component to your facility or issue a full refund.
