Shipping policy

Policy: Shipping & Delivery

1. Order Processing & Cancellation Cutoff We process orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your job site. An order is considered "Processed" the moment it is submitted to our manufacturer or scheduled with a carrier. Once an order is Processed, it cannot be cancelled without incurring a restocking fee, even if it has not yet physically shipped. Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days.

2. Shipping Scope: USA & Canada We ship daily to both the Contiguous United States (Lower 48) and Major Canadian Provinces. Our "Free Shipping" offers apply to standard ground transportation to Commercial Addresses with a loading dock or forklift, or to your local freight terminal for pickup. Deliveries to remote areas (including islands, mountains, military bases, or limited-access sites) and residential driveways requiring specialized liftgate services may incur "Beyond Point" surcharges. We will contact you for approval before charging any additional fees.

3. Delivery Methods: Freight vs. Parcel Freight Shipments (LTL/FTL): The majority of our inventory (including Attachments, heavy components, and bulk orders) ships via commercial freight carrier on a pallet or in a crate. These deliveries are Curbside Only. The driver will not move freight into your barn, garage, or shop. You are responsible for unloading the item from the back of the semi-truck using a forklift, skid steer, or tractor. Standard Parcel: Smaller components and accessories under 100 lbs generally ship via standard ground courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL). These are typically delivered to your doorstep or mailbox without requiring a signature or unloading equipment.

4. The "Cosmetic Damage" Clause Heavy equipment is painted for corrosion resistance, not automotive aesthetics. Minor paint scratches, scuffs, or abrasions caused by shipping pallets do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the attachment and are not eligible for return, compensation, or warranty claims. We recommend touching up any shipping scuffs with standard enamel paint to prevent rust.

5. Inspect Before You Sign (The 7-Day Rule) Freight damage is rare but possible. You must inspect the unit BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If the unit arrives with major damage, refuse the shipment or write "DAMAGED" clearly on the driver's paperwork and contact orders@gconparts.com immediately. If you discover hidden damage after unpacking, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims made after this window will be denied by the carrier.

6. Lost Shipments If your tracking number has not updated in 5 business days, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a dock search with the carrier. If the carrier declares the shipment lost, we will ship a replacement unit or issue a refund in accordance with our policies.
