The Griffin Commercial Promise

We know that plant downtime costs money. That’s why every component we sell is backed by a factory-direct support network. We are an authorized distributor for premier industrial manufacturers, including WAMGROUP.

Concrete & Process Component Coverage

Due to the highly abrasive nature of concrete and aggregate production, replacement parts are strictly warranted against Manufacturing Defects upon arrival and initial installation.

  • Arrival Guarantee: Parts are guaranteed to arrive new, exactly to OEM specification, and ready to install.
  • Fitment Guarantee: If our technical team specifically verified and recommended a part based on your machine data prior to purchase, and it does not fit, we will make it right.

What is Not Covered? (The "Wear & Tear" Reality)

We believe in honest B2B commerce. A factory warranty covers manufacturing defects, not the normal lifecycle of an abrasive-environment tool. The following are considered consumable "Wear Items" and are strictly not covered for lifespan once introduced into production:

Common Wear Items: Screw flighting, polyurethane liners, valve seals, pneumatic filter media, and rubber gaskets.

Note: Damage resulting from improper installation, failure to follow OEM safety procedures, exceeding pneumatic pressure ratings, or unauthorized field modifications (e.g., welding or cutting) will immediately void the factory warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim

IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to repair, weld, or disassemble the item before contacting us. This will permanently void your factory warranty.

  1. Snap a Photo: Take clear, well-lit pictures of the suspected defect and the OEM Serial Number plate / data tag.
  2. Find your Order Data: Locate your Griffin Construction Parts order number or your internal PO number.
  3. Email Us: Send all details to orders@gconparts.com. We will act as your advocate and file the claim directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to expedite a resolution.

Waiver of Consequential Damages: Griffin Construction Parts (a division of GRIFFIN GROUP Inc.) and its manufacturing partners are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of income, facility downtime, lost product, or labor costs associated with removal and reinstallation. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective component as dictated by the OEM.
