We know that downtime costs money. That’s why every piece of equipment we sell is backed by a factory-direct support network. We are an authorized dealer of several premier manufacturers, including WAMGroup and Stinger Attachments

🚜 Heavy Attachments

Standard Coverage: 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Built for the job site. Most attachments (Buckets, Mulchers, Augers) come with comprehensive protection against defects.

Structural: Cracks in the main frame, welds, or steel body.

Hydraulics: Internal failure of motors, cylinders, and valves (leaks not caused by contamination).

Workmanship: Assembly errors or missing components upon arrival.

🏗️ Concrete Parts

Standard Coverage: Defect-Only Protection

Due to the abrasive nature of concrete production, replacement parts are warranted against Manufacturing Defects upon arrival.

Arrival Guarantee: Parts are guaranteed to arrive new, correct, and ready to install.

Fitment: If we recommended a part and it doesn't fit, we fix it.

Exclusions: Wear items (Liners, Flighting, Valves) are not warranted for lifespan once used in production.

⚠️ What is Not Covered? (The "Wear & Tear" Reality)

We are honest about what we sell. A warranty covers defects, not the normal life of the tool. The following are considered consumable "Wear Items" and are not covered unless they arrive defective:

Common Wear Items: Teeth, Cutting Edges, Blades, Bristles, Hydraulic Hoses, Seals, and Rubber Tracks.

Note: Damage resulting from exceeding the machine’s rated flow (GPM), negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications (welding/cutting) will void the warranty.

How to File a Claim

Important: Do not attempt to repair, weld, or disassemble the item before contacting us. This may void your factory warranty.

  1. Snap a Photo: Take clear pictures of the defect and the Serial Number plate.
  2. Find your Order #: Locate your Griffin order number.
  3. Email Us: Send details to orders@gconparts.com. We will file the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
