🔍 Component Overview

  • HBC-radiomatic PCB Card OR006111 (KW51/07A):
The main control board inside the receiver. It processes wireless signals and communicates with the pump's hydraulic and electrical systems.

  • Handheld Transmitters (Gray, Red/Blue Units):
Rugged, ergonomically designed controllers with joysticks and buttons for intuitive pump operation.

  • Receiver Unit (Gray Enclosure with Antenna Port):
Mounted on the pump, this unit receives commands from the transmitter and routes them to the control logic.

  • Antenna (Black Rod):
Ensures stable, long-range signal transmission between the transmitter and receiver.

  • Battery Packs (Red and Orange Units):
Rechargeable power sources for handheld remote control units.

  • Charging Station (Yellow Unit):
Provides fast, safe charging for remote control batteries.

  • Cable Assemblies (Coiled Yellow Cable):
Used to connect power or signal lines between system components.

  • Emergency Stop Module (Gray/Yellow Unit with Red Button):
Safety-critical hardware that allows for immediate shutdown in case of emergency.

  • Proportional Joystick Controller (Yellow/Black):
Enables fine-tuned movement control of the boom and other functions.

🔧 Functions Enabled by Remote Control

These wireless control systems allow operators to manage multiple concrete pump functions, including:

  • Starting and stopping the pump

  • Adjusting pumping speed

  • Operating the placing boom (raise, lower, extend, swing)

  • Activating outriggers

  • Controlling agitator speed

  • Engaging the water pump

  • Triggering the emergency stop

🛠️ Why Remote Control Matters

Reliable radio remote control is essential for:

  • Operator Safety

  • Worksite Efficiency

  • Labor Cost Reduction

  • Precision Concrete Placement

  • Improved Pump Visibility & Oversight
